AX Series servo driven injection molding machines are very energy efficient. With the use of servo motors, our injection molding machines can save up to 80% energy consumption when compared to traditional fully hydraulic machines. Servo motors are accurate and highly responsive which improves repeat ability and reliability.
UNIQUE TOGGLE CLAMPING SYSTEM
Calypso’s unique toggle clamping system offers generous clamping specifications. The clamps five-support crankshaft structure supports both the mold and the platen structure which helps to overcome deformation. This rigidity and high precision fitting extends both the machine and molds useful life.
INJECTION SYSTEMS
Our high strength, double cylinder structure allows for increased pressure and repeat ability. The specially designed bi-alloy screw and barrel combination improves plasticizing performance and life.
